Coaching Style

When you decide on FIERCE for coaching, you will find yourself emersed in a rigorous and demanding program with very high expectations. The program demands a high level of accountability with little space for excuses. You will spend a significant amount of time answering questions and providing information that will be used to help guide the discovery process and forge an action path. As the coaching relationship develops, you may find yourself disclosing things you have never shared with others. I maintain absolute confidentiality and promote an atmosphere of complete honesty, openness, and transparency. Together we will use those insights to create a unique and special experience for personal and professional growth.

Expectations

You will be expected to commit to our sessions fully. That means you will attend all sessions, with full payment in advance. The bedrock of any coaching relationship is trust and as our connection deepens you will learn to develop that trust at levels that you may not have experienced before, even in your most intimate relationships. You will surrender to me and in doing so, you will learn to become vulnerable and open, to become more coachable, and learn what it means to truly accept the consequences of your decisions and actions. Expect to be held accountable. While I will entertain explanations, I do not tolerate or accept excuses. As much as I will guide you, you will be required to do the work. There are no shortcuts.

Process

You will complete an initial questionnaire, followed by an in-depth interview. and following that we will develop a detailed program based on your goals and desired outcomes. Once those goals are set, you will begin the transformation process that will lead you to the life you desire. Our sessions will include assignments for you to complete including tracking and communication to ensure accountability.
